I’m a nurse who has evolved towards so-called alternative therapies.
At the age of 21, I realized my childhood dream of becoming a nurse.
A few years later, I achieved another goal by specializing in intensive care: to get as close as possible to people in comas, to learn the subtleties of communicating with them and to discover the limits of life and death.
For several years, I worked as a nurse and medical delegate, in the field, in prisons, war hospitals, among different communities in Africa, Asia and Central America.
All these years were intense and rich in encounters and discoveries, but also formative disillusions.
I felt useful, but I was always looking for something else.
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been drawn to mysterious things that weren’t named, but which I could perceive and feel.
The mysteries of the human soul have always fascinated me.
I began my personal development work in a more concrete way by studying astrology to better understand myself.
I was editing and interpreting the charts of my fellow mission delegates.
It was then quite natural for me to start training in psycho-corporal therapies: considering the person as a whole: body-mind-emotions.
For over 15 years I practiced, then taught and trained professionals in this approach.
I left the group I was in because it turned out to be sectarian and the person at the top had a hold on us. Yet another experience that pushed me to go further and deeper in my self-knowledge and in the discovery of my own resources. Indeed, one does not come out unscathed from such an experience of mobbing and the resulting resilience to post-traumatic stress takes time to settle.

So I continued to learn and discover new approaches: Chi Nei Tsang (belly massage and emotional approach drawn from Chinese medicine), Ericksonian hypnosis, Quantum Regressive Hypnosis according to Dolores Cannon (QHHT©), Thetahealing©….to name the main ones.
All these experiences and teachings have shaped who I am today: I accompany people on their journey, helping them to ask the right questions and open new doors, new possibilities; I guide them on the path to their own resources.
During a process, I address the physical as well as the emotional, the resolution of old, undigested stories, the questioning of life choices, the energetic side and why not the spiritual aspect, because these different facets of our Being are interdependent on each other. I eventually developed my own methodology, combining body, mind and emotions, with the support of various breathing techniques.
As I write (January 2022), we’re living in a very special time, and it’s becoming increasingly important to clear away old beliefs and recurring emotions.
The release of old traumas and ties that have become obsolete is more necessary than ever.
Various quantum approaches (such as Regressive Hypnosis and ThetaHealing) enable us to do this effectively.
In this way, we recover the energy we need to move forward and build the life we’ve always dreamed of – or at least aspired to!
I don’t pretend to know what’s good for the other person, because I believe that our best doctor, our best guide, is none other than ourselves.
But at certain times in our lives, we may need a kind, non-judgmental outside eye, a listening ear, to help us get out of a difficulty and rediscover our own strengths, our own resources.
And I offer to be that person if you feel like it!
Many of the approaches I propose can also be practiced online.
